Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
Support a growing user base with reliable, high-quality app experiences.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering the best possible user experience.
Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs and guide product evolution.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and decide what can ship now versus later.
Ability to stay focused and work effectively in a busy, remote team.
Strong technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with Fastlane.
Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes accordingly.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
Links to a portfolio and LinkedIn when applying.
