Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing tools, and the systems that connect them.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the full top-of-funnel and continuously optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate, test, and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly to improve the outbound motion.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
