Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top of funnel to measure performance and continuously optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly, serving as the team’s subject matter expert on emerging options.
  • Work closely behind the scenes to ensure Sales has the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy through high-ownership systems work with direct impact on revenue operations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
