Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and continuously optimize for meetings booked, pipeline created, and overall sales performance.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and similar tools to keep data accurate and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and help implement new AI and GTM tooling as the team’s resident technical expert.
  • Support the Sales team by ensuring the right prospects receive the right messaging at the right time.
  • Measure performance across the funnel and use data to decide what to improve or remove.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Direct experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
