Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations across the project’s core quality dimensions: naturalness/engagement, utility, and audio quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to produce consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the client’s proprietary platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an approximate workload of 4 hours per business day, when possible.
  • Participate in the project qualification and onboarding process as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Tagalog.
  • Available to start on or around June 1st.
  • Able to remain fully available for the full 2-month project duration.
  • Able to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must work as a freelancer or private individual; applications from companies are not accepted.
  • Willing to complete a project-specific qualification test.
  • Able to complete a short language knowledge assessment in English and Tagalog.
