Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations across the project’s core dimensions of naturalness/engagement, utility, and audio quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to ensure evaluations are consistent and accurate.
  • Use a proprietary client platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an approximate workload of 4 hours per business day when possible.
  • Participate in the project’s qualification and onboarding process before starting work.

Requirements

  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Hindi.
  • Availability to start on or around June 1st.
  • Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer or private individual; companies are not being engaged for this project.
  • Willingness to complete a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short language knowledge test in English and in the target language.
  • Freelance, remote, part-time availability with 10+ hours per week.
