Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations using project-defined quality dimensions.
  • Assess conversations for naturalness and engagement, utility, and audio quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to produce consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the proprietary client platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an approximately 4-hour daily workload on business days, when possible.

Requirements

  • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or professional linguist experience.
  • Native-level fluency in French (France).
  • Availability to start on or around June 1.
  • Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must work as a freelancer; companies are not eligible for this project.
  • Willingness to take a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short language knowledge test in English and the target language.
