Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Support onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives.
  • Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms.
  • Assist with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed.
  • Use automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, software, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SDR, account management, customer success, recruiting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, Instantly, Clay, or LinkedIn is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (9am - 5pm EST).
