Description

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Review employee clock-in and clock-out data and prepare reports for supervisors.
  • Monitor task logging accuracy across internal systems.
  • Transfer and customize tasks onto customer QuickBooks invoices.
  • Conduct weekly analytics and operational checks, including package turnaround tracking and customer follow-up needs.
  • Prepare and send final customer invoices for completed services.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments via email and other customer communication.
  • Process and securely manage customer credit card information when required.
  • Track customer hourly service bundles and usage.
  • Perform QuickBooks reconciliations and support related bookkeeping functions.
  • Coordinate light IT projects and attend monthly check-ins.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, or HR administration.
  • Strong experience working with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, FingerCheck (payroll), and PandaDoc is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication and customer follow-up skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and customer information.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
