  • Maintain organized records and files to support efficient operations.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Support daily operational tasks that improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office tools.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours (9am-5pm EST).
