Description

  • Share day-to-day experiences using AI tools in recruitment during a 75-minute online event.
  • Provide a brief personal storytelling segment of about 10 minutes during the main session.
  • Participate in a 15-minute live Q&A with other speakers and attendees.
  • Record a 30-second intro video before the event.
  • Create two LinkedIn posts to help promote the event, following the organizer’s guidance.
  • Contribute honest, practical perspectives on what has and has not worked when using AI in recruitment.
  • Support the event’s live streaming presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

Requirements

  • Be a Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Lead, TA Manager, headhunter, or HR professional based anywhere in APAC.
  • Have hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment.
  • Have personally used AI to source, screen, interview, manage candidates, or communicate with candidates.
  • Be comfortable sharing experiences in a casual, conversational format.
  • Want to grow a personal brand and reach a wider professional audience across APAC.
  • Be able to provide a LinkedIn profile as a PDF file when applying.
  • Be willing to connect with or message Lucy, the Global Events Manager, on LinkedIn.
  • No need to be an AI expert; practical recruitment experience is preferred over deep technical expertise.
