Description

  • Support study sites and clinical project teams across multiple clinical research studies.
  • Assist with investigator recruitment and site feasibility activities using recruitment materials, questionnaires, and phone scripts.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute Investigator Site Files and coordinate with shipping vendors when required.
  • Collect, review, maintain, and close out essential documents for the trial master file while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.
  • Set up and maintain site-related data in clinical systems, including CTMS tracking of milestones and activities.
  • Serve as a site contact and liaison for study and site management issues, escalating questions, risks, and other concerns as needed.
  • Support data entry, site-level data review, query resolution, database closure, and freezing activities.
  • Assist with study communications, including email blasts, newsletters, and distribution of updated core documents to site personnel.
  • Support local submissions, investigational product accountability, invoice follow-up, and investigator payments.
  • Provide logistical support for sample management, study supplies, and remote review of electronic Investigator Site Files where applicable.
  • Attend site visits as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Proven ability and willingness to learn the skills required for the role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service mindset with flexibility and teamwork.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to focus for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
  • Transferable experience from a related healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Good organizational skills (preferred).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote work environment (preferred).
