Description

  • Own the global creative strategy across performance channels including Paid Social, YouTube, Display, CTV, Retail Media, and emerging platforms.
  • Establish creative as a core, measurable driver of CPA, ROAS, LTV, and incrementality.
  • Partner with Paid Media, Strategy, and Data Intelligence teams to translate performance insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Define and enforce best-in-class standards for creative testing frameworks, iteration cycles/refresh cadence, creative analytics, and channel-specific formats.
  • Build scalable, modular creative systems that support high-volume, high-velocity production across clients, channels, and verticals.
  • Lead creative innovation and R&D, including AI-generated/AI-assisted creative, automation in production workflows, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and emerging formats.
  • Build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing creative organization across strategy, design, copy, and production, including defining skill expectations, leveling, and career paths.
  • Act as an executive-level creative voice with key clients to drive client retention, media expansion, and new business through differentiated creative thinking.
  • Own the profitability and commercial model of creative services, including contribution margin, resourcing and production efficiency, scoping/pricing, and scalable production models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative, performance marketing, or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading creative for performance-driven organizations (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of how creative drives paid media outcomes at scale (CPA, ROAS, LTV, incrementality).
  • Experience managing high-volume creative production across multiple channels and formats.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams and establishing career ladders and clear skill expectations.
  • Experience integrating data, testing, and insights into creative development and iteration.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, contribution margin, and profitability.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels with clear communication and strong executive presence.
  • Experience with AI-driven creative, production automation, and dynamic creative optimization (preferred).
  • Bias toward ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and a focus on measurable impact.
