Description

  • Label PointClickCare clinical notes to create data input for training AI models.
  • Provide clinical feedback and recommendations based on nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF electronic medical records.
  • Apply established labeling rules and contribute input on potential labeling changes to improve the product.
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert within the labeling team.
  • Participate in quality review of AI products with a team of subject matter experts.
  • Complete required training assigned by security, clinical leadership, and HR.
  • Work independently on singular project tasks and sustain focus during extended periods of data labeling.
  • Follow required information security, background check, and HR policies throughout the contract period.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) clinical background.
  • At least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience.
  • Clinical software experience and predictive intelligence with an EHR preferred.
  • General familiarity with how AI is used in healthcare, including terms such as LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
  • Clinical degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proof of clinical license verification required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and multitask in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and comfort with medical terminology.
  • Experience in data labeling or supporting customers using a clinical software application preferred.
  • Technical acumen or familiarity with the PointClickCare EHR preferred but not required.
  • Ability to meet physical security requirements, including a private workspace, secured Wi-Fi, no shared computer access, and use of the approved VPN and browser.
  • Must be able to complete the required background check and comply with the contract period and HR policies.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of CAD $33 to $36.50 based on a 40-hour work week.
  • 4% paid in lieu of benefits and paid time off.
  • Flexible scheduling with up to 28 hours per week.
  • Remote work option or on-site work in Mississauga.
  • Part-time contract opportunity that may supplement a full-time role.
