Description

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Trust & Safety internal tools, including review queues, entity inspection and management, bulk operations, and domain management tools.
  • Define and ship AI-native capabilities such as MCP integrations, AI-assisted workflows, intelligent routing, model testing interfaces, and new tool experiences.
  • Partner with trust and safety practitioners, ML Engineering, Risk Intelligence, Policy, and Data Science to understand workflows and improve internal tools.
  • Manage the internal customer experience for a diverse user base with different needs and technical depths.
  • Triage inbound requests from cross-functional stakeholders, communicate priorities, and maintain roadmap focus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience building products for internal users, operations teams, or enterprise customers.
  • Strong user empathy and curiosity about how people work.
  • SQL proficiency with the ability to self-serve data investigation and analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI and interest in how it transforms internal tooling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Trust & Safety or content moderation experience is preferred.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features is preferred.
  • Background in ops efficiency measurement, including AHT, throughput, or cost metrics, is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $114,297 to $235,319 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Role is eligible for equity.
  • Work can be situated anywhere in the country.
  • In-office collaboration is required only 1-2 times per quarter.
