Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for new MCP Essentials and MCP Enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of net-new business opportunities across mortgage lenders and financial institutions.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, workflows, compliance needs, and strategic goals.
  • Lead and support tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design solution approaches that fit lender operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Proof-of-Concept, pilot, and evaluation engagements with prospective customers.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic account plans, pipeline activity, and CRM updates.
  • Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, presales engineering, solutions consulting, or customer-facing roles in mortgage technology, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage production lifecycle, including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with financial institutions or mortgage lenders.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise software deals and managing long sales cycles.
  • Existing network within the mortgage origination ecosystem, including lenders, consultants, technology partners, and industry organizations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with banks, credit unions, IMBs, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage technology platforms, POS systems, PPE solutions, CRM tools, eClose platforms, or related technologies (preferred).
  • Experience supporting technical product demonstrations, workshops, or POC engagements (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions (preferred).
  • Understanding of mortgage compliance, regulatory workflows, and vendor review processes within financial institutions (preferred).
  • Active involvement in mortgage banking or financial services industry organizations such as MBA, CUNA, or NAFCU (preferred).
