Description

  • Support Procurement with the generation, management, and analysis of annual and ad-hoc RFPs.
  • Facilitate vendor discussions and negotiations with Field Service Providers to optimize contract terms and pricing.
  • Manage end-to-end contract execution for Field Service Partners, including signature routing and secure archiving.
  • Maintain and update the master contract and amendment database for cross-functional access.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting/Finance, Legal, and Field Service Delivery to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Apply financial formulas and intermediate-level math to support margin calculations and business decisions.
  • Use Google Sheets and Excel to clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets for regional and national RFP cycles.
  • Experiment with AI tools to support data mining, asset mapping, complex analysis, and process automation.
  • Assist in designing and executing cost-reduction initiatives for Field Service Provider and Direct Tech spend.
  • Provide guidance or oversight to temporary staff or contractors as needed during project work or peak RFP cycles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Drive, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI applications such as Gemini and ChatGPT for data-related tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stay focused on repetitive, high-accuracy work while managing complex projects.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Must be able to start as soon as possible.
  • No sponsorship is available now or in the future.
