Description

  • Manage implementation projects for all Nextech products from planning through completion.
  • Create and maintain a project charter for each implementation project.
  • Develop project schedules and coordinate internal and third-party resources.
  • Negotiate project objectives and align stakeholders on mutually acceptable timelines and scope.
  • Identify project risks, track issues, and drive implementation issues to resolution, including escalations.
  • Execute projects according to the project plan and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop forms, records, and secure documentation to track project activities and information.
  • Establish regular communication schedules to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Review completed work with the project team to ensure it meets project standards.
  • Collaborate and negotiate across internal departments to support successful software go-lives.

Requirements

  • 2 years of SaaS implementation experience.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, and solve problems based on prior work experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency with electronic project plans is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence peers and customers in difficult situations is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States.
  • Willingness to travel long distance or by air as needed, less than 10%.
