Description

  • Partner with People teams to understand business questions, analyze data, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute the roadmap for people data investments to support near-term and long-term goals.
  • Use statistical analysis to help People teams make faster and more informed decisions.
  • Write and maintain complex SQL queries for deep-dive analyses on employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Work with Data Engineering and HRIS teams to build and maintain a central repository for people data.
  • Design and build automated dashboards that enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and triage analytical and reporting requests across the People team.
  • Develop and support data governance and data quality processes.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, with people or HR analytics preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with very large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python or R with a strong focus on data wrangling and analysis.
  • Extensive experience with Tableau or another leading data visualization tool.
  • Experience analyzing people data such as headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, or compensation data strongly preferred.
  • Experience in survey design and analysis preferred.
  • Familiarity with data architecture fundamentals and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency with data modeling and data quality best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly collaborative and organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and in a self-guided manner.
  • Exposure to modern cloud data warehouses preferred.
