Description

  • Provide customer care in Dutch and respond to inquiries about telecommunications services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, service activation, billing questions, and plan changes.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collect customer feedback to support improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • At least B2 level proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous customer service experience in the telecommunications sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunications systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
