Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Understand client business objectives and technical requirements to configure solutions appropriately.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gather implementation requirements.
  • Coordinate data integrations and configure Level AI products for client needs.
  • Train clients on Level AI products including Auto-QA, Analytics, Voice of the Customer, Agent Assist, and Screen Recording.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer support to resolve client needs and technical issues.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Track and report on account metrics such as customer satisfaction and product usage to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
  • 1-2+ years of experience delivering successful customer implementations.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful in tackling implementation challenges.
  • Comfortable working US hours.
  • Experience interacting with APIs and using cloud services is preferred.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience with telephony systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys is preferred.
