Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage Amazon DSP campaigns across display, video, and audio ad formats for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and refine audience segments using Amazon first-party data, lifestyle segments, in-market audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance daily and make proactive optimizations to bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting.
  • Analyze DSP reporting metrics and create actionable insights and client-facing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Sponsored Ads strategists, content managers, account managers, and creative teams to align full-funnel advertising strategies and ad creatives.
  • Conduct audience and competitive research to identify new targeting opportunities and differentiating campaign strategies.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, naming conventions, and reporting templates according to department standards.
  • Discuss performance issues and optimization recommendations with managers to align on client goals and budget constraints.
  • Serve as a technical resource for colleagues on DSP strategy, audience architecture, and programmatic best practices.
  • Continue learning and applying department training materials and Amazon advertising certification requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of related experience in digital advertising or programmatic media buying.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon DSP experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of full-funnel advertising principles and how DSP integrates with Sponsored Ads.
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics such as ROAS, DPVR, ATCR, CPM, and CTR and turning data into recommendations.
  • Experience working across diverse product categories for US-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients strongly preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Comfort working remotely and asynchronously with US-based teams; reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate home office setup are required.
  • Amazon Advertising certification (DSP or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
