Description

  • Plan, launch, and manage Amazon DSP campaigns across display, video, and audio formats for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and refine audience segments using Amazon first-party data, lifestyle segments, in-market audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance daily and make proactive optimizations to bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting.
  • Analyze DSP reporting metrics such as impressions, reach, frequency, DPVR, ATCR, and ROAS to produce actionable insights and client reports.
  • Collaborate with Sponsored Ads strategists, content managers, and account managers to align DSP activity with full-funnel advertising and listing strategies.
  • Partner with creative teams to brief and review display creatives for brand consistency, click-through, and conversion performance.
  • Conduct audience and competitive research to identify new targeting opportunities and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, naming conventions, and reporting templates according to department standards.
  • Discuss performance issues and optimization plans with managers to stay aligned on client goals and budget constraints.
  • Serve as a technical resource to colleagues on DSP strategy, audience architecture, and programmatic best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of related experience in digital advertising or programmatic media buying.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon DSP experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of full-funnel advertising and how DSP integrates with Sponsored Ads.
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics such as ROAS, DPVR, ATCR, CPM, and CTR and turning them into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients across diverse product categories is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills for explaining campaign strategy and performance to internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts across time zones.
  • Comfortable working remotely with asynchronous U.S.-based teams and able to maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
  • Amazon Advertising certification (DSP or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
