Description

  • Build high-quality lead lists using prospecting tools such as Crunchbase and Lemlist.
  • Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
  • Run tailored outreach campaigns across outbound channels.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Test and optimize messaging strategies with a manager.
  • Track outreach results and share feedback to improve the overall approach.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Lead Gen, SDR, or BDR roles in B2B tech sales.
  • Proven track record of setting up qualified discovery calls or intro calls.
  • Excellent English skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • Confident using LinkedIn, sales tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose.
  • Strong research and personalization skills to earn responses from prospects.
  • Experience in or genuine interest in AI and innovation.
  • Experience working in B2B tech sales (preferred).
