Description

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of customer renewals for Commercial and SMB accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to support renewal execution.
  • Monitor renewal activity and proactively identify risks to retention, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene.
  • Follow established renewal processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support renewal discussions and pricing conversations within established guidelines.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally and communicate customer needs and feedback across teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales support, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience preferably within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges, think critically, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Comfortable using customer data, reporting, and CRM systems to manage renewals and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent French or German, written and spoken, is a nice to have.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or customer lifecycle management environments is preferred.

  • Base salary range of €62,400–€93,600 EUR.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
