Description

  • Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospective customers.
  • Educate and develop leads through phone calls, email, events, webinar follow-ups, and campaigns.
  • Make 80 to 100 outbound dials per day.
  • Track lead generation processes and support marketing activities and prospect touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the handoff of qualified prospects to the Account Executive team.
  • Separate Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads.
  • Provide pre-sales support as an early point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Interest in real estate or mortgage lending.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in an approved hiring region.
  • Secure identity verification using biometric and device validation is required as part of the hiring process.

Benefits

  • $37,000 to $55,000 annual base salary, plus a $30,000 commission target.
  • Free employee-only medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Employer HSA contributions of $1,000 for individual coverage and $2,000 for dependents on HDHP plans.
  • Remote work support, including a one-time up to $500 office setup reimbursement and an $85 monthly internet and phone stipend.
  • Flexible time off with manager approval.
  • Up to 8 weeks of paid medical or caregiver leave and 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave.
  • 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 3% of compensation or $8,000, with immediate vesting.
