Description

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule appointments using cloud-based systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records.
  • Prepare basic reports using Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure smooth client interactions through accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage data using cloud-based systems.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
  • Basic Excel skills for reporting purposes.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Industry experience is not required.
  • Ability to work Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST, and Sunday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST.
  • Availability to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
  • Fixed fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Reliable power backup to cover load shedding or outages.
