Description

  • Develop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives.
  • Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning.
  • Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Track ROI, conversion performance, forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Use customer, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy and improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Create or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth.
  • Coach and mentor team members, and support onboarding and performance development where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification and relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, depending on specialism.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua, depending on specialism.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, depending on specialism.
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, depending on role scope.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leaders.
  • Commercial and analytical capability to interpret performance data, build business cases, and prioritise work for impact.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Additional languages are beneficial depending on customer base and territory.
