Description

  • Measure affiliate program performance against growth KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and departmental leadership to develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies.
  • Prospect for and maintain a targeted list of potential affiliates.
  • Create personalized strategies for existing affiliates to support quarterly goals and targets.
  • Coordinate affiliate landing pages and pre-defined affiliate offers.
  • Use creative outreach to engage and recruit new affiliates into the HighLevel program.
  • Support the expansion of HighLevel’s customer acquisition channel through affiliate partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development.
  • Working knowledge of social media management, social media advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in professional writing or basic copywriting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel software.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or ability to learn them quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms is strongly preferred.
