Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work (~60% travel), ongoing feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity, supporting new sales and account expansion, and ensuring Territory Managers meet input and output targets.
  • Maintain world-class Salesforce hygiene and forecasting by reviewing pipelines weekly, ensuring accurate data, and driving forecasting discipline.
  • Act as deal support on deal structure, escalations, and critical opportunities to remove barriers and close business.
  • Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and leadership.
  • Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and run lightweight team rhythms (1:1s, check-ins) aligned with U.S. commercial leadership.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing Territory Manager talent to scale the team as the business grows.
  • Join customer conversations and model best practices in the field to ensure consistent execution and high standards across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing field sales representatives, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
  • Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field with willingness to travel ~60%.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., consultative/challenger models), discovery techniques, and running role-plays.
  • Strong operational discipline with CRM (Salesforce), pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience supporting both new sales and account expansion; ability to act as deal support on structure and escalations.
  • Experience in or familiarity with hardware + software sales environments (preferred).
  • Leadership style grounded in clarity, accountability, empathy, and the ability to build strong team culture.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growth environments and to build processes, systems, and habits for scaling; based in or able to regularly operate within the Mountain West Colorado territory.

  • On-target earnings (OTE) $185,000–$300,000 per year; base salary range $105,000–$175,000.
