Description

  • Set the venture's direction and lead its execution as co-founder and CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer discovery, pilot engagements, and conversion to paid customers.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company's cultural foundation and operating standards.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Strong understanding of the differences between clinical or coding denials and administrative roadblocks.
  • Familiarity with fragmented EHR and practice management system environments and the workaround tools billers use.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with your founder goals are required to apply.
