Description

  • Partner with Analytics/Insights leaders to identify, prioritize, and scope AI-assisted analytics opportunities.
  • Own the AI adoption roadmap for the analytics function, including milestones, dependencies, governance checkpoints, and success metrics.
  • Establish an analytics use-case intake process and track outcomes such as accuracy, time-to-insight, adoption, and incremental insight lift.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to deliver analytics-ready structured and unstructured datasets with strong quality, lineage, and documentation.
  • Develop and govern the Cortex Intelligence semantic layer to standardize entities, dimensions, metrics, and business logic.
  • Enable retrieval and grounding over approved analytical knowledge with metadata, access standards, citations, and evaluation guardrails.
  • Standardize monitoring for data quality and AI-assisted insight outputs, including drift, stability, and reproducibility.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of prioritized AI analytics use cases from requirements through launch and iteration.
  • Drive adoption through training, office hours, playbooks, and safe-response standards for analytics outputs.
  • Embed AI-assisted insights into reporting and decision cadences such as dashboards, QBRs, and executive readouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of experience across analytics, data, or AI.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional analytics programs.
  • Strong SQL and Python experience, or experience with similar languages.
  • Experience enabling analytics consumption through governed semantic layers and metric definitions.
  • Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience building analytics products such as dashboards, KPI frameworks, and experimentation readouts.
  • Experience using AI to accelerate analysis, insight generation, and storytelling.
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving change management and adoption enablement through training and governance, with measurable impact on time-to-insight, decision quality, or risk management.
