Description

  • Lead design across partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
  • Set design direction at the Staff level by shaping strategy, leading reviews, and raising the craft bar.
  • Translate complex, API-driven configurations and workflows into clear, reliable experiences.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and partnerships to scale Omni across demand and supply.
  • Bring consumer-grade visual and interaction quality to enterprise and operator-facing products.
  • Contribute to Engine's design system and push the team forward on AI-forward design tooling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence product decisions and execution.

Requirements

  • Mastery of the full product development process from discovery and product planning to concepts, prototypes, and build-ready designs.
  • Strong visual, interaction, and UX design craft with a focus on simplicity, utility, and delight in enterprise products.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders across product, engineering, data, and executive teams.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, design systems, Pencil, and Cursor.
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain design decisions and rationale.
  • Experience working in complex B2B or platform environments is preferred.
  • Ability to operate at a Staff level and influence design strategy across a team.
  • Comfort working with AI-forward tooling and emerging design technologies.
