Description

  • Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and events using Customer.io.
  • Build and code email templates and modules using HTML and Liquid.
  • Maintain accurate marketing data in Salesforce and Customer.io, including lead capture, enrichment, and routing workflows.
  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing systems including Customer.io, Salesforce, Clay, Cargo, and Tray.io.
  • Support monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and dashboard management.
  • Document and streamline campaign operations, lead management, and attribution processes.
  • Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows in Tray.io for lead routing, lifecycle triggers, and cross-system data syncs.
  • Partner with growth, sales, and revenue operations to align on campaign execution and pipeline quality.
  • Proactively identify data quality and process issues and help drive solutions.
  • Own assigned projects end to end with strong project management and timely execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent internship/work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content and scalable reusable email modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to own projects end to end with minimal oversight in a lite-agile environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience using marketing automation and CRMs such as Customer.io and Salesforce.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Preferred: Experience with blended sales-led and PLG motions.
  • Preferred: Experience in event operations.
  • Preferred: Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience with automation tools such as Tray.io, Zapier, or AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI/LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

  • Competitive base pay of $65,000–$90,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
