Description

  • Own pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns and drive qualified opportunity creation.
  • Manage full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, email, content, and events.
  • Build, run, and optimize lead generation and nurturing programs in HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and routing.
  • Improve conversion rates across the funnel, from visitor to lead to MQL, SAL, and opportunity.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages, and emails.
  • Use AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve targeting, speed, and campaign output.
  • Develop paid media strategy and execution across channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Create campaign reporting focused on pipeline performance and sales outcomes rather than activity metrics.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and SAL conversion.
  • Work with Marketing leadership, Creative, and Content to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets, not just campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics, including MQL, SAL, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience translating funnel data into campaign decisions.
  • Experience building or actively using AI tools or automations in a marketing context.
  • Comfort working directly with Sales, Creative, and Leadership.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with senior living, long-term care, or other regulated markets is preferred.
  • Experience with intent data, ABM platforms, or advanced HubSpot configurations is preferred.
