Description

  • Shape and deliver next-generation security products by integrating Nira’s governance capabilities into Dropbox and driving a standalone security offering for the broader market.
  • Define and launch an AI-driven product roadmap that automates access control, enforces real-time DLP, and proactively detects security risks.
  • Identify market opportunities in the SMB and mid-market security space, craft product vision, and accelerate adoption with a differentiated value proposition.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver automated access reviews, AI-powered security insights, and compliance workflows.
  • Work directly with customers to discover data governance and AI security challenges and translate those insights into high-impact product features.
  • Collaborate across engineering, security, compliance, and go-to-market teams to execute launches that meet global standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and delight customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building solutions in Access Governance, DLP, DSPM, SSPM, or AI Security.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep domain knowledge of data and IP protection challenges, especially Access Management and DLP for Google Workspace, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Proven 0 → 1 builder with a track record of taking security products from idea to launch and driving adoption in enterprise SaaS or startup environments.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to security problems—automating access controls, detecting risks, and strengthening data protection.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience shipping security products that balance power and usability.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with engineering, security, GTM, and legal teams to blend technical and product vision.
  • Familiarity with compliance and global security standards and requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) when launching products.
  • Preferred: experience building and scaling data ingestion systems and data platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with AI/SaaS products or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and understanding of data security risks when using AI and SaaS products, including access/data security challenges for AI agents in enterprise environments.

Benefits

  • US Zone 2 salary range: $212,700–$287,700 USD.
  • US Zone 3 salary range: $189,000–$255,800 USD.
  • This role is not available in US Zone 1.
