Description

  • Own growth and retention across a portfolio of existing restaurant and hospitality customers.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage customers proactively ahead of contract expiration to review goals, performance, and platform value.
  • Identify and recommend additional SevenRooms features, integrations, and services that support customer growth.
  • Present and close upsell solutions such as advanced reporting, marketing tools, and platform enhancements.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and act as a strategic advisor aligned to customer goals.
  • Deliver customer presentations and product demos that communicate platform value and new capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on account activity, pipeline, and forecast data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort working with data and using insights to inform sales and account strategies.
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Base salary of $73,990 to $108,780 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $105,700 to $155,400 USD including commissions.
