Description

  • Design and build data architecture and infrastructure to support organizational data needs.
  • Maintain data architecture and infrastructure over time.
  • Develop data solutions for internal business needs.
  • Test data solutions to ensure they function as intended.
  • Deploy data solutions into production environments.
  • Support data processing and transformation workflows using modern data platforms.
  • Work with big data and data integration tools to manage pipelines and workloads.
  • Migrate data from SQL Server to other platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Python for data analysis and processing.
  • Proficiency with Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for managing big data workloads.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Spark to build and manage data pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory to create and manage data integration workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing SQL queries for performance.
  • Experience migrating data from SQL Server to other platforms.
  • Experience with Terraform for Azure is a bonus.
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineering Associate knowledge level (L1) or equivalent experience.
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineering Professional knowledge level (L2) or equivalent experience.
