Description

  • Manage resourcing for potential and assigned projects across the Customer Success and Services organization.
  • Determine personnel requirements and ensure sufficient capacity to meet project goals.
  • Support project managers with ongoing resource planning and coordination.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams on resource management decisions and execution.
  • Identify, assign, and prepare resources so they can engage as planned.
  • Maintain transparency into the resourcing workflow and status from pipeline through project start.
  • Resolve delivery challenges, resource contentions, and unexpected resourcing issues.
  • Build understanding of employee skills, experience, and development plans to inform staffing decisions.
  • Proactively engage preferred delivery partners to fulfill resource requests.
  • Analyze resource productivity, utilization, and demand forecasts using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management within a Professional Services or Education Services business.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • FinancialForce PSA experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific for partner and business meetings when required.
