Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of institutional liquidity provider relationships, from prospecting and onboarding through optimization and expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic trading firms, and RWA liquidity providers.
  • Monitor and improve liquidity quality metrics such as spread, depth, and fill rates across spot, derivatives, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments.
  • Identify and onboard specialist liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWA products.
  • Lead the liquidity strategy for prediction markets, including market-making relationships and spread and depth requirements.
  • Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized asset issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties.
  • Work with Product and Trading teams to define liquidity requirements for new listings and ensure resilient order books from day one.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics.
  • Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy aligned with growth and product expansion goals.
  • Partner with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Institutional Sales, and OTC teams to support onboarding, API integration, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationship management.
  • Experience at an exchange, broker-dealer, FCM, prime broker, market maker, or crypto trading venue.
  • Direct experience covering or trading at least two of the following: spot, listed derivatives, perpetuals, prediction/event contracts, RWAs, or tokenized products.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional market structure frameworks such as FCM, DCM, DCO, and MiFID II, and how they differ from offshore crypto venues.
  • Experience running a live client book with pipeline management, retention focus, and post-trade workflow exposure.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced Slack and Telegram environments with HFT and prop clients requiring minute-level response times.
  • Experience with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or strategic partners across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Exposure to prediction markets such as Kalshi or Polymarket, or to RWA issuance ecosystems, is preferred.
  • Experience representing a firm at industry conferences, roundtables, or partner events is preferred.
