Description

  • Own partnership go-to-market strategy across healthcare and corporate verticals, including pipeline development and closing anchor deals.
  • Build relationships with payers, health systems, employer health programs, Food is Medicine platforms, GLP-1 platforms, and related healthcare channels.
  • Identify and close corporate partnerships with large enterprises, businesses, hospitality groups, stadiums, and other institutional distributors.
  • Develop partnerships with platforms and intermediaries that can unlock scale through co-marketing, integrations, or channel distribution.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle for large corporate and institutional accounts from executive engagement through contract execution and implementation.
  • Lead expansion into new institutional sectors such as hotels, stadiums, hospitals, and heavy industries when opportunities arise.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks for partnership development, onboarding, and account growth across both verticals.
  • Serve as a key voice in shaping the B2B product roadmap to support billing, subsidies, co-branded experiences, and institutional requirements.
  • Collaborate on pricing, contract structures, P&L, and unit economics to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Once the model is proven, hire and lead the partnership and account management team to scale execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, large-scale deals.
  • Experience building and owning partnership channels from scratch, not only operating within existing structures.
  • Cross-vertical exposure across healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success closing deals with major platforms, Fortune 500 companies, or large institutional partners.
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfort creating a sales process and partnership framework before building a team around it.
  • Strong GTM instincts with understanding of pipeline, metrics, margins, and sales cycles.
  • Ability to build reporting and accountability structures for commercial performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and comfort with complex institutional and platform deals.
