Description

  • Answer incoming customer calls about product issues, service questions, and general concerns.
  • Provide solutions and maintain a professional, positive rapport with clients.
  • Remain available for occasional after-hours customer support.
  • Coordinate service visits and dispatch technicians with operations staff and managers.
  • Update customer records in Zendesk during and after each interaction.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policy changes.
  • Resolve customer problems to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience using and managing customer service ticketing software, especially Zendesk.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and stay organized.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies, systems, and applications.
  • Understanding of common customer experience best practices and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
