Description

  • Source and attract independent sales consultants through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to hire 20-30 successful independent consultants per month.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates for sales aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, cultural fit, and alignment with Square’s values.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Team Leaders to understand regional hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate with the Training & Enablement Manager to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new consultants.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Represent Square at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
  • Gather market intelligence on the French contractor market, competition, and recruitment trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience with a strong track record in high-volume hiring.
  • Proven experience recruiting independent contractors, auto-entrepreneurs, or freelance sales professionals.
  • Deep understanding of the French auto-entrepreneur landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and building high-volume candidate pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive recruitment targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, especially for high-performing sales roles.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment metrics.
  • Fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English for collaboration with international teams.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools is preferred.
