Description

  • Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills to clients.
  • Deliver in-home, center-based, and community-based ABA therapy and educational services.
  • Collect behavior data, treatment plan goal data, and IEP/AEP goal data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, case supervisors, and parents on individualized treatment plans.
  • Support continuity of care for clients through a minimum six-month commitment.
  • Work professionally as part of a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Two years of college education completed, or 60 credit hours in total.
  • Experience in ABA, education, or a related applicable background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a goal-oriented, professional approach.
  • Reliable personal transportation and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Ability to work in home-based therapeutic settings.
  • Evening availability required for full-time hours.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided.
  • Instructional Assistant Permit (ODE certification) is offered/training supported.
  • Preferred background in fields such as special education, psychology, social work, caregiving, or youth services.
