Description

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software and firmware products.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, including hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Identify, document, and track software and firmware defects.
Collaborate with developers to debug issues and verify fixes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Experience testing in Linux and Windows environments.
Experience with Git and common platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
Experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Strong debugging, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic proficiency in Python or other coding languages is preferred.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest is preferred.
Experience with automated UI testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium is a plus.
Experience writing or analyzing code with LLMs such as Claude Code or Codex is preferred.

US salary range of $146,000 to $194,000.
