Description

  • Build and own long-term relationships with strategic and key hotel accounts through proactive and reactive engagement.
  • Manage and improve the performance of a portfolio of top-producing properties in the country.
  • Proactively engage supply partners using strategic account management practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
  • Provide consultative support and tailored solutions to hotel partners to improve revenue growth.
  • Prioritize tasks and deliver data-driven pitches that improve conversion for each hotel partner.
  • Maintain frequent engagement with supply partners, including at least one face-to-face interaction per quarter.
  • Respond to hotel partner needs and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage input and output KPIs and deliver individual targets with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.
  • Create innovative ideas and drive workstreams that generate impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to persuade senior stakeholders using data and problem-solving insights.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a professional, get-it-done work ethic.
  • Proven success in acquiring, building, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience in internet/e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
