Description

  • Monitor the internal task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs and coordinate with process servers to have them claimed.
  • Contact primary and nearby servers by text, phone, and email to resolve dispatch needs quickly.
  • Identify orders that cannot be claimed due to missing customer information and work to resolve or escalate those issues.
  • Resolve blockers, escalate recurring problems, and report trends in stuck jobs to the appropriate teams.
  • Review unclaimed zip codes in assigned states and collaborate with servers to understand and improve coverage.
  • Notify recruiters when additional coverage is needed due to volume spikes, poor performance, offline vendors, or continued sheriff dispatches.
  • Maintain proactive customer communication to manage expectations, support satisfaction, and encourage renewal opportunities.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with Sales and Operations to improve proposals, service levels, and the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and notes in internal systems to support data quality and decision-making.
  • Track KPIs related to claim and dispatch speed, response times, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfort with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems; CRM or sales/operations tool experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals with reliability, consistency, and high accuracy.
  • Sales-mindedness, including comfort with cross-selling or upselling and recognizing revenue opportunities.
  • Customer-facing demeanor with a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong time-management skills.
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm CST.
  • Iowa-based remote work location.
